Freelancer Graphic Designer Agreement 
The primary purpose of a Freelancer Graphic Designer Agreement is to establish a clear understanding between the company and the freelancer by outlining the terms and conditions of their working relationship. Key components typically cover the scope of work, project timelines, other specific project requirements or deliverables, compensation structure and payment terms, confidentiality clauses, and ownership of work product. 

By clearly defining these items, the contract helps to prevent misunderstandings, disputes, and ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities. In essence, a written Freelancer Graphic Designer Agreement is a valuable tool for fostering a professional and collaborative working relationship between companies and freelancers.

Invoice information 
After signing a contract, the Designer will immediately invoice the Client for the first half and a second invoice will be sent after completion of the project. The Client agrees to pay the amount owed within 15 days of receiving an invoice. Payment after that date will incur a 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
